North America Online Chinese Book Centre Refund Policy
General Returns Policy
1. Books must be in pristine condition for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any refund.
2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Books refunds will only be made in the original form of payment
4. Books may be returned for a full refund within Ten (10) working days from the date of purchase. (PS. weekends do not count towards those ten days - so this is effectively a two week return policy).
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items
¡¤ Most items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery.
¡¤ Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:
¡¤ Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 15 days after delivery: 80% of item/s price.
¡¤ Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item/s price.
¡¤ Any CD, DVD,or CD-ROM has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item/s price.
¡¤ Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error:no refund Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call us (604)-662-8498 or Email us [email protected] to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange a book for a different one, please return the original book (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the book you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original book before placing the new order.We/ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we/ve received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we/ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. |
