.. The Organizers and Travel Agents of the 2016 Chinese Bridge Delegation will not cover any costs and expenses incurred if you leave the group at your own volition or due to illness.
..The Organizers and Travel Agents of the 2016 Chinese Bridge Delegation will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by airline strikes, labor disputes, government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond the Organizer's or Agent's control.
.. The Organizers and Travel Agent strongly recommend that all delegates consult a clinic or medical practitioner before departure to ensure that all vaccinations and immunizations are up to date.
.. The Organizers and Travel Agents will not be responsible for the cost of any medical treatment in China and will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of delegates during the delegation.
.. Delegates who extend their trip are solely responsible for all costs and expenses during their extended stay, and additional ticketing charges, if any.
.. The Organizers and Travel Agent shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or property.
.. The Organizers and Travel Agents reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule the departure / return dates in circumstances beyond their control. As the normal processing time for Chinese Visa application takes up to three weeks, it is strongly recommended that delegates who do not hold valid passports apply for their passports as soon as possible. The Organizer and Travel Agent will not be responsible for travel arrangements affected by cancellations or delays of connecting flights.
..It is the responsibility of the delegates to ensure that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of departure. Chinese visa will be required to enter China.
